Spinach & Pecan Salad is a low calorie, low fat, delicious and refreshing salad with a citrus dressing. Try and make one using this recipe:
Ingredients:
150g baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
150g snow peas, trimmed and halved
4 pcs. medium oranges

Ingredients:

5 heads witlof, washed
1 red delicious apple, quartered
1 granny smith apple, quartered
juice of 1 lemon
200g young rocket leaves
160g pecan nuts, coarsely chopped and toasted
100g gorgonzola or blue castello, crumbled

3 tablespooons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon white-wine vinegar

3 beurre bosc pears, washed
parmesan shavings
