Julie Christie is one of those great actresses who have had a very successful plastic surgery history. Christie has already admitted that she had her jaws done with amazing results. She also looks like she had a lower facelift because of the very natural youthful look she has on her face.

It is pretty ironic that the Julie Christie today even looks a lot better than her past self. Well, I guess this is really the benefit of putting cosmetic surgery to good use. Subtlety is the name of the game. Overdoing it would always lead to very artificial-looking results.

Julie Christie has made a very good decision with her subtle approach.

In the May 2008 issue of Ladies Home Journal magazine, Academy Award winner Sally Field revealed that she is considering getting plastic surgery.

Field, who is currently seen in ABC drama series Brothers & Sisters is quite open about going under the knife.

“I think about it all the time because I see friends who’ve done it and they look great and younger. I have an ego but it’s an actor’s ego more than a woman’s ego. It’s about roles.”
