After the supposed deviaed septum repair, Aniston’s nose tip appears to be very defined and her bridge has become narrower. It is also possibly that the deviated septum repair was just an alibi to conceal the nose job.

Despite all these speculations, it is quite apparent that Jennifer Aniston is very happy with her decision. She looks better with her nose corrected and I think that’s what really matters.
